1. Return Eligibility Criteria
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of your package’s delivery date, which is confirmed by tracking information.
For a return to qualify, items must stay in their original, unused condition. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact—items with signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be approved.
Certain items are non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, or customization reasons. These include personalized products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and opened skincare or cosmetic items. A full list of non-returnable items is available on each individual product page.
2. How to Process a Return
Submit a Return Request: Before sending any items back, contact our customer service team via [email/online form]. Include your order number, the name of the item(s) to return, and a brief reason for the request. We will review your submission within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Prepare Your Shipment: Pack eligible items securely—we recommend using the original packaging if you still have it. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.
Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Keep the return tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Information
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm they meet eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size/color), specify your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability—if the requested item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund instead.
Deductions: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) may be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply to returns caused by our errors or defective products.
